New Jersey Real Estate Salesperson Licensing Class. This is a two week course Monday - Friday, starting at 8am ending at 5pm everyday. During this 75 hour pre-licensure program you will learn and prepare to pass the New Jersey State licensing exam. Please note: You must be 18 years of age and have a high school education, diploma or equivalency, in order to sit for the formal state exam.
